Refund Policy

Every care is taken in inspecting and packaging your prints. Please do not handle unmounted prints as they can be easily damaged or buckled. It is strongly suggested that you take them directly to your framer who will unwrap them. In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty print, please let us know immediately by e-mail and return the print within two weeks if possible. On receipt of the faulty print, we will send a replacement free of charge.
